If you experience any form of limited mobility (temporary or permanent) there is a Shopmobility office located in Mesnes Terrace Car Park to provide you with a means to shop independently within the Centre, and in the Borough of Wigan.

Call Shopmobility on Tel: 01942 776070 if you require someone to assist you with your shopping. They will act as both a companion and a friend. This is particularly suited to people with a visual impairment. For a small membership fee all Shopmobility services will be available and you can arrange free daily use of:

• Powered Scooters
• Electric and Manual Wheelchairs.

The Town Centre provides excellent disabled access and is a proud supporter of Shopmobility. You can find the Shopmobility office on the ground floor of Mesnes Terrace Car Park. If driving, via the entrance on Northway, or on foot just opposite the Market Hall on Mesnes Street.
