Wigan Borough's inward investment website, www.move2wigan.com has had a make over. It is now bigger and better than ever before.

Move2Wigan provides information for businesses looking to move to the borough. The website includes details about the support available to companies including how to recruit local people for their jobs; details about the local economy; training agencies; and success stories of some Wigan based companies such as JJB Sports, Heinz and Waterfields.

In addition to business support information, the website also includes a commercial property search. The extensive property database holds details of available industrial, commercial, retail units and employment land within the Borough, owned privately or by Wigan Council. The database is regularly updated and with more than 250 entries and is the most comprehensive source of commercial properties in the borough. The property search facility is free to use, is completely independent and is available to search 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so if you are a new or existing business looking for new premises, this is the place to look.
